Very many thanks to you and the transport team for your care and experience in bringing my Mother from Ripon Hospital in Yorkshire to Fosse House In Somerset. She arrived in good form and spirits, despite being a very nervous traveller, and is now settling in. From my first contact with you, it was clear that every confidence could be placed on you and Patient Transport U.K. You, Giles, were consistently calm and clear.You answered all my many questions and explained and executed the process efficiently. As the first point of contact for the public, you gave an excellent impression of the service to be expected by users of Patient Transport. And that wonderful service is exactly what we have experienced from the ambulance team who were responsible for the actual transportation of my mother. Their experience fostered her trust in them, and was inspiring to see when they arrived with her. It seems clear that you all work together, both in the office and on the road, as part of an impressive team. My thanks to you all.

I know that Linda spoke with you yesterday but I wanted to thank you too for everything that you and the ambulance crew did in transferring my mum back to Leicester yesterday. Kevin was lovely and very reassuring and clearly looked after my mum very well during the journey. Thank you for the efforts that you took in ensuring that there would be no difficulty in her crossing the border yesterday. we really appreciate it. My mum is in very good spirits although remains very confused. At least now she is surrounded by people who speak English to her and can property assess her needs. Thank you again.

My Dad arrived safely today at Gorselands nursing home in Burley thanks to you and your excellent members of staff Kevin and Tracey. They were both so professional, so calm friendly and very reassuring. It was a long journey and Dad is extremely fragile these days but he was definitely in very good hands. Words cannot describe how grateful we (the family) are to you all. From the very first instance with all the information you insisted on having in order to undertake the trip, I felt you were all very organised, thorough and obviously have your passengers' complete welfare right at the forefront. I spoke to Mum this evening and she would like me to pass on her thanks and say how grateful she is to Kevin and Tracey for looking after Dad so well.
